From Order of the Arrow - Boy Scouts of America

The National level is run by the National Chief and National-Vice Chief, who are advised by the National Chairman and the National Director. There is also an Associate National Director. In order to run the program for the whole nation there is also a National Committee. The youth positions on the National level are elected by the Section Chiefs at the National OA Planning Meeting.
